By visiting the Junction City Insulation website at junctioncityinsulation.com, contacting us to request services, or entering into any service agreement with Junction City Insulation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Junction City Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in and around Junction City, Kansas, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, basement insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and related work.
All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and the specific terms agreed upon in a written estimate or service agreement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer to provide services; an agreement for services is only formed when a written estimate is accepted and work is scheduled.
All estimates provided by Junction City Insulation are based on information available at the time of assessment. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
An estimate is not a final guaranteed price if site conditions differ materially from those observed during the assessment. If additional work or materials are required beyond the scope of the original estimate, we will notify you in writing before proceeding. We will not perform out-of-scope work without your prior written or electronic approval.
Any pricing discussed verbally is informal and non-binding until confirmed in a written estimate. Material costs are subject to supplier pricing changes. If costs increase significantly between the estimate and the scheduled work date, we will notify you before the work begins.
Once a service date is confirmed, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule adjustments.
If we arrive at your property and are unable to perform the scheduled work due to conditions within your control - such as the work area not being accessible, the presence of hazardous materials not disclosed prior to scheduling, or a request to cancel upon arrival - we reserve the right to charge a trip fee to cover the cost of the crew and equipment time.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. In such cases, we will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available date.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment in full is due upon completion of the work.
We accept payment by cash, check, and major credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Junction City Insulation.
Accounts that remain unpaid beyond 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late payment fee. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through appropriate legal channels. You agree to reimburse Junction City Insulation for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts, including reasonable attorney fees where permitted by law.

Junction City Insulation warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the scope of work. Any warranty specific to materials or installation will be described in your written service agreement.
Except as expressly stated in a written service agreement, all services and materials are provided on an "as is" basis. Junction City Insulation makes no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those required by applicable law.
Manufacturer warranties on insulation materials are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and are not extended or modified by Junction City Insulation. We will provide you with any manufacturer documentation required to register or maintain applicable product warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junction City Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a specific service project shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating litigation. The mediator will be selected by mutual agreement. The cost of mediation will be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
Any legal action not resolved through mediation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Geary County, Kansas. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kansas.
